Storm Window Task Group
CHAIR'S
CONTACT INFORMATION
SCOPE
To
develop a technical procedure, corresponding PCP language and
an NFRC label for certifying and labeling storm doors and windows
as fenestration attachments based on surface hemispherical emissivity
in order to make these products eligible for participation in
the Energy Star Windows program and federal tax credit programs.
